This is a daily affirmations page digital download. It includes two versions of the affirmations: one with full color and one with outlines only (ready to be colored).

The point of this affirmations page is to teach kids that 1) they are in control of their own bodies, words, feelings, actions, and ultimately their own life; and 2) their words and thoughts have power.

This does not promote toxic positivity. Suggestions on how to present these concepts while avoiding toxic positivity are included in the download.
